"I knew I wasn't looking at an inexpensive repair when a raccoon took out my radiator, but I paid less than I expected and Dan was upfront and honest about the damage, pricing, time frame, everything. It was refreshing to take a car in and not feel jerked around or like someone assumes I don't know anything about car maintenance and repair. I'm used to either being talked to like I'm uneducated on the topic or trying to rip me off because they don't think I'll notice. Everyone at Uptown was great and it made for a pleasant experience.
